For the purposes of the Terms, The term “User(s)/Visitors/You” shall mean and include persons, natural or artificial, that visit the site including those who are registered users on the site. If you are a parent, guardian, or another natural human who allows a child to apply for workshops, demo/courses of Kh Skill Academy, you agree to the terms (on behalf of your child) for the purposes of making Kh whole in case of damages or indemnification that could properly lie against a child, if not for his or her age.
The Academy has built a set of rules for mentors, students and every party associated with the academy. All the associated parties are obliged to follow these rules.
Fees
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Indian currency. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated in a timely manner with a valid payment method that is accepted by the academy in its sole discretion. All the payment has to be done before consuming the academy’s services.
